As a blogger and mother, the one thing I am always carrying around wherever I go is my camera. I love having it with me so I never miss a moment, a milestone, or even just to capture a beautiful sunset. One thing I’ve been on a hunt for is finding a camera bag that doesn’t scream professional camera bag but still functional to keep my camera protected, yet stylish for wherever my travels may take me. This past week for my anniversary my husband surprised me with this leather camera bag backpack. It’s big enough for my Sony A6000, two lenses, back up batteries, and my wallet and make up bag. The bag has a separate protective insert for the camera that can be taken out if you would like to use the bag to carry your laptop instead. One of the many reasons I love this bag is because it doesn’t look like a camera bag, therefore it isn’t a target for people who want to steal expensive cameras. It also has a very convenient side pocket for your keys or phone for easy access. This bag is perfect for traveling, hiking, or just going to the park with your little one.

For my outfit I channeled my inner Buckle girl and did a denim on denim layered look with a bohemian fringe tank. Did you see how I was living on the edge, laying on those tracks? Margret suggested it would be a great shot and really turned out well! I’m wearing my new Big Star Liv bootcut jeans, and I absolutely love how it accentuates my figure. It gives me an illusion of a bigger with perfectly placed pockets. I’m wearing one of my favorite handmade necklaces, unfortunately it is not on sale anymore so I don’t have links to it. This dog tag symbolizes so much for me, because when I don’t know where to go, when I don’t have the answers, or when I am lost, I rely on my faith to carry me home.
