Happy Monday! Hope you guys had a great weekend! Today I want to talk about one of my favorite trends for fall: camo. If there is one thing about being a Texas girl in the fall is that camo is always in. However this year it is actually making a fashion statement world-wide and is one of the hottest trends for fall. The olive patterns compliment any skin color. When I saw this camo jacket from Buckle (sorry it is already sold out, but linked similar styles below), I knew I had to have it. Not only is it a fun fashion statement, but it is also a great lightweight jacket you can dress up or dress down for the fall. Here is a fashionable way to dress up this camo jacket for a fun look for fall.
Hey guys, sorry I have been a little M.IA. this week. It’s been a busy week with Jayden starting his first week of MDO, and I have been busy working on two major collaborations coming up next week. If you are following my Snapchat you might have gotten a sneak peak into my office collaboration. Stay tuned for my office space reveal next week. But back to a little flash back Friday. Last week little man, and I attended my blogger babe, Style the Girl’,s first blogger event with Wink By Erika at the Bevello. It was a fun and very sweet and stylish event. We had so much fun mingling with other Houston Bloggers, and the sweets were amazing! Jayden and I could’t get enough! For the event I wore this fall inspired outfit with my favorite thigh high boots which I also wore in this previous post, and this adorable corduroy mini skirt I bought for less than $10! Check out my full outfit details below:
With school starting and our days getting busier, and as we transition from summer to fall, versatility is everything when it comes to your wardrobe. I love talking about staples for every women’s wardrobe, and a simple t-shirt dress like this one I bought at H&M for $10 is the perfect dress to wear casually for running errands, or dressed up for a night on the town. Here are some tips below on how to dress up and dress down this T-shirt dress for the perfect now and later outfit.
Can you believe it summer is almost over and it’s another school year is starting? This weekend has been a blur, spending it with my family from out-of-town. In addition, my aunt and cousins are relocating from Oklahoma to Houston and finally found a home only 10 minutes away from my parent’s. We are so excited to have more family down here, and we cannot wait for the holidays. Because when Filipino’s get together, they do it big. Plus, the food is amazing! Furthermore, my hubby and I went for a movie date night this past week, and I wore this outfit below. I never thought I would say it but I am loving the bodysuit and choker trend. My hubby thinks it’s pretty sexy too lol.;) Therefore, being inspired my outfit, here are five transitional trends to bring into fall and my full outfit details below!
I can’t believe it’s already a year since we had our baby shower and now in a couple of days we will be having Jayden’s first birthday party. Time sure does fly. I wanted to share some pictures of our beautiful Nautical baby shower we had last year. Our family and friends did a great job throwing us our shower.
With all the crazy wet weather we’ve been having lately, rain boots have become a must have in everyone’s wardrobe lately. But do you really have to sacrifice fashion for practicality, or pay an arm and a leg for fashionable rain boots? Look no more, here are my top rain boots that are fashionable, practical, and budget friendly.
Lately with all this rain, I’ve appreciated the need for fashion hats for the Fall. I’m a big fan for floppy hats and this has been one that has transitioned from summer to fall with me. As a mom, sometimes doing my hair is a luxury, and those days I can’t I love just throwing on a nice pair of jeans, a soft tee, and a hat.
