Hope you are doing well! It’s been a month into quarantine, and lately I’ve had time to really experiment and try on some different makeup looks. One of the things I promised myself was I wouldn’t by another eyeshadow palette, but the Ulta sale happened and I ended up snagging the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette. I’ve heard so many great things about the naked reloaded palette so I thought I would try it out for the week. This type I kept my promise and used every single color in the palette to recreate these four looks. Check out these four looks below and my honest review on the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette.

Hope you are doing well! Today I am finally sharing our complete dining room reveal plus our spring tablescape. In my previous post we did a china hutch makeover for my great grandmother’s china hutch and it was the perfect addition to our dining room. We loved being able to display our fine china and my antique tea set collection. Today on the blog I am sharing how we decorated our dining room for spring and our spring table setting. Great for Easter too! Check it out below!
Hope you are doing well! Today I am sharing a fun home project we did during quarantine, our china hutch makeover DIY. My dad pasted down to me his grandma’s old china hutch for my dining room. I’ve always loved the quality of antiques and older furniture especially when they have family history. This beautiful hutch has been in the family for over three generations and was still in great condition. I had been on a hunt for a year now for a china hutch that also doubled as a buffet/server for my dining room. When my dad showed me this beautiful piece that had been stowed in the garage for years now, I knew this was the one. It was a little outdated and didn’t fit my overall interior decor, so I decided to give it a little makeover. Check out our china hutch makeover DIY below!
Hope you are doing well! It’s another week of quarantine for us. And this week with all the time I’ve spent home I’ve been able to film my spring makeup tutorial video. This easy everyday makeup tutorial is what I wear when I am out and about. I love it because it’s simple, doesn’t take a lot of time, but looks great and is natural. Check out the tutorial video and more of my spring makeup essentials.
Hope you are doing well! So much has happened in the past couple weeks. With the coronavirus spreading, a lot has changed in our social life. Jayden is out of school for a month, things have closed down, travel plans postponed, and we have been doing our part to practice social distancing. As crazy as it’s been I’m just thankful to have my family together through it all. With Jayden being out of school, we’ve really been taking it easy and taking it day by day. There has been days where we have stayed in and watch movies all day. But I know I don’t want to be inside for a whole month straight, and luckily we don’t have to. Today on the blog I am sharing ten outdoor activities you can do with your family during quarantine while practicing social distancing.
Hope you are having a great week! So lately after a slew of glamorous photos with me and husband on my blog, my friends commented on how I was lucky to have such a photogenic husband, and asked for tips for how to get their significant other to take professional photos with them. So today I thought it would be fun to give you an inside look of the reality of it all and tips on how to get your husband to take professional photos. For laughs read more below!
