Happy Friday everyone! Who is excited for the weekend? Any fun plans? If you are headed to Galveston then you will want to check out this post. A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Carr Mansion in Galveston with my friend and photographer Ashley of Hey Pretty Baby Photography. It is the most gorgeous bead and breakfast with unique rooms with beautiful interior decor. Check out this beautiful mansion and the prettiest wrap blouse you can wear multiple ways this summer.
Today me and my husband celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary so it’s only fitting to finally share our Tulum travel guide and our kid free trip we took last month. We had such an amazing time, and highly recommend for couples who are looking for a kid free vacation. Tulum is super hip, eco-friendly, and a paradise for couples to relax and unwind. Best part is it isn’t crowded with tourist. It is a hidden paradise of Mexico. Check out our Tulum travel guide and recommendations below!
Today I wanted to keep in short and sweet with this red polka dot dress for $40 I wore on our trip to Tulum. Josh and I went to have drinks at Kin Toh Azulik which was the coolest tree house restaurant overlooking the beach and jungles of Tulum. The architecture was marvelous and the scenic views so unique. Even the bathrooms were beautiful. It was so eco friendly, with limited electricity, and no central air conditioning. They had a live DJ and a hookah bar. Kin Toh was definitely a place to see in Tulum. Check out more pictures of this restaurant and my outfit below!
Happy Friday everyone! It is officially summer and we are back from an amazing kid free vacation to Tulum and Akumal. We had so many fun adventures, lots of eating, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. If you were watching my Instastories, then you know how absolutely amazing it was. Today I just wanted to share a quick Instagram recap of my vacation that you can easily shop. I will be sharing full outfit and day-to-day recaps as well as a video and travel guide in the next couple of weeks. But until then you can get the first look of our vacation here. Hi everyone! Hope you are having a great week! Today on the blog I wanted to share with you my favorite Instagram worthy brunch spots in Houston. I get this question a lot, and more specifically on “cute/pretty” brunch spots in Houston, because lets face it we go as much for the food as we do the ambience. And there is nothing like taking a cute food picture in a picturesque setting. As a blogger who loves to eat and try new things, I am always on the hunt for cute places to eat at and also take pictures at. Last year around this time I did a previous round-up of the most Instagram worthy brunch spots in Houston you can check out here, which are still some of my favorite places to go to! But I thought I would continue with the series with all the new brunch spots that have been to this year that I HIGHLY recommend you check out. Check out my top picks of Instagram worthy brunch spots in Houston below!
Hi everyone! If you read my last post then you know I just got my breast augmentation surgery. I’m currently in recovery mode so this post might come to you later than normal. But it’s been a month since we were on our family vacation to Colorado for New Years, and I wanted to share with you all the details of our trip and to answer some questions you might have about what to do when traveling with a toddler. First of all thank you Town of Frisco for all the wonderful activities and restaurants during our stay, and for Toyota for providing us a Toyota Sequoia for our trip. Check out our Summit Country Travel Guide and tips for visiting Colorado with a toddler below:
Sorry for the late post! It’s been a very eventual couple of days with it snowing in Houston, plus I’m sharing some excited news and BIG things happening soon on Instastories. Make sure to check it out, because you don’t want to miss it! Today I am finally recapping parts of our trip we took a couple of weeks ago with our family. We stopped in New Mexico for a couple of days and were able to visit Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos and saw some stunning views, immersed ourselves in the Native American culture, and tasted the best and hottest chili or our lives. My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it. Check out my 5 Things You Must Absolutely Do When You Visit New Mexico when traveling with a toddler.
