When I say I don’t do cardio, I mean I don’t do cardio in the gym. But I am constantly doing cardio keeping up with my little man. Everyone always ask me how I stay fit, and I am not joking when I say being a boy mom. This little guy keeps me on my toes, whether it’s asking me to play baseball with him, or being his jungle gym he likes to climb and jump on, this momma gets her daily workout just trying to keep up with this busy toddler. Today I am sharing activities you can do with your toddler to replace your boring cardio routine!
Today I am changing it up with a fun outdoor workout you can do at your local outdoor track and field. My family and I are outdoor people and we love being outside whether it’s playing soccer, baseball, or going for family walks. If you have an active toddler like I do, these 7 bleacher exercises for a full body workout are great for the whole family. Jayden literally kicked his soccer ball down the isles and kept himself busy why I did this workout as you can see him in the video. He had so much fun he didn’t want to leave. So today I am sharing a little workout Wednesday for you guys and sharing 5 upper body cable exercises you can do on the cable machine. These workouts will help tone and tighten your arms. I love the cable machine because it allows for smooth controlled movements so you can really concentrate on activating the muscles you are working on. All of these workouts were done using the curl bar attachment. I know how busy it can be at the gym, so for me I like trying to maximize my workout by utilizes different exercises on the same machine. Since my journey to getting my muscles back, my butt has always been one of my main concerns. Lets face it, I am not blessed with natural curves, aka no boobs or butt, however with hard work, the right diet, and the right workouts I know I can grow my butt. One thing I wanted to do different this time around was really focus on my butt muscles and concentrate on those muscles instead of just doing “leg” day. I tend to grow my quads faster than any other muscle in my body, and what I didn’t want was overly exaggerated quads. So like many of you requested here is workout video using the workout machines at the gym. Today I am sharing four exercises you can do at the lat pull down machine. I’m the type of girl who likes to utilize each machine as much as I can, because if you know how it can be at the gym, sometimes if you don’t get on a machine quick you might be waiting forever to get on. With these back exercises you will be targeting different areas of your back just back changing had position and grip handles.
