Happy Monday everyone! Hope ya’ll had a wonderful Easter Weekend. It was a busy weekend, but we are so thankful we got to spend time with our family. But now that the weekend is over its back to our normal schedule. I wish I could say it wasn’t just as busy, but it might even be busier. Between juggling my work schedule, Jayden’s school and activities, and then managing to coordinate time with my husband with his crazy work schedule, well it gets pretty hectic. Today I am my sharing tips on how I keep my family schedule organized. Thankfully I just purchased the new Samsung Galaxy 9+ from Target to help me organize my family schedule. Check out my tips below!
Happy Friday everyone! This mama is excited for all the fun activities we have planned this weekend, but I think I am more excited for my alone time. Today I am getting a little personal with you, in my no judgement zone, about why this mama needs her weekends off. Sometimes I feel we have this perception that moms have to do it all, when the reality is not the case. We all struggle and we all need a little help and that’s why I am sharing my mom confession. Plus I had to share these adorable photos of my little guy. He is seriously a little goof ball just like his daddy. I can never keep a straight face around this boy. Ya’ll he is getting so big, and recently he keeps correcting me when I call him my baby. He says he’s my big boy! Uggh it breaks my heart a little when says that. Check out these photos and more of my post below!
Hi everyone! If you read my last post then you know I just got my breast augmentation surgery. I’m currently in recovery mode so this post might come to you later than normal. But it’s been a month since we were on our family vacation to Colorado for New Years, and I wanted to share with you all the details of our trip and to answer some questions you might have about what to do when traveling with a toddler. First of all thank you Town of Frisco for all the wonderful activities and restaurants during our stay, and for Toyota for providing us a Toyota Sequoia for our trip. Check out our Summit Country Travel Guide and tips for visiting Colorado with a toddler below:
Sorry for the late post! It’s been a very eventual couple of days with it snowing in Houston, plus I’m sharing some excited news and BIG things happening soon on Instastories. Make sure to check it out, because you don’t want to miss it! Today I am finally recapping parts of our trip we took a couple of weeks ago with our family. We stopped in New Mexico for a couple of days and were able to visit Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos and saw some stunning views, immersed ourselves in the Native American culture, and tasted the best and hottest chili or our lives. My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it. Check out my 5 Things You Must Absolutely Do When You Visit New Mexico when traveling with a toddler.
Sorry I missed Wednesday’s post. With the snow day we had, and some really exciting news I had, it through me off schedule. But today is a special day because our little man turns three today! I cannot believe how time flies when you have kids. I just can’t believe how big Jayden is getting. This past year he has done tumbling, soccer, snowboarding, and currently in swimming, and next month he will start t-ball! This year will definitely be an active one for our little guy. He has so much energy, and he is such a team player. I am one proud momma to see my little guy grow up to be such a smart and sweet little boy. He amazes me everyday with everything he does, and he certainly pushes us to be the best parents we can be. This past month my husband and I went over some family goals we had for this New Year, and today on the blog I am sharing those goals with you plus our beautiful family pictures in Colorado! Can you believe this is a frozen lake behind us? Check out more below! Continue reading
So excited to share my favorite gift guide of them all. Why is it my favorite you might ask, because I had so much fun hand picking each gift idea, and honestly it would put a smile on my face if I got anything on this list. If ya’ll know me I might be slightly obsessive about my fur babies. Haha next to Jayden they are the cutest things ever. I tell my son pets are angels sent from heaven to watch over us. Anyone else agree with me? So today I can’t wait to share with you this pet lover gift guide for that person in your life who just loves their pets as much as I do, and a little tidbit about each of our fur babies and why they are so special to us! Read more below.

I am so excited to share with your our Christmas card photos with Minted. I’ve been working all day to send them out to all of our family and friends. This year for our shoot we decided to go downtown to change-up the scenery. We always do our cards in a more country setting, but this year we wanted to do something a little different. We wanted to go with a more urban lifestyle scene. Today on the blog with Minted I am sharing 5 Tips for Fun Family Pictures with Toddlers and my gift guide for him (there’s a giveaway for him too!). See our looks and cards below!
Ya’ll I can’t get how stinking cute these pictures of Jayden are. Seriously that smile melts my heart! This stage is my favorite stage. Jayden loves Christmas, and has been counting down the days till Christmas comes! I created this gift guide for toddlers and some of my favorite things for Jayden including items I’ve personally bought for him and he has loved! Check out my gift guide for toddlers and these adorable pictures of Jayden!

Three more weeks till Christmas and we are counting down the days with my little guy. Every year it get’s more and more exciting as Jayden grows and realizes more what Christmas is all about. We have been watching Christmas shows and movies all year to prepare for this time, and Jayden is so excited for Santa. He tells us non stop how Santa is going to give him presents. His Great Grandma even got him an Elf on the Shelf this year. However, I don’t think he quite knows what it is other than something he wants to play with lol. But as much as Christmas is for the kiddos with presents and Santa, I also wanted to make sure Jayden knew what the true meaning of Christmas and why we celebrate it. Today I partnered up with Be Good for Children to share with you our night-time routine, and how we are teaching our toddler the true meaning of Christmas.
