Summer is just around the corner, and that means shorts, dresses, and tan lines. Who doesn’t want nice toned legs and a tan all at the same time? Last weekend I did a fun 5 minute leg workout outside with my little guy and our pup. It really kicked my butt and I only did one set, but it was nice to sweat outside for a bit and go for a little swim after in our kiddy pool outside. Check out our workout video below. P.S. My little guy doesn’t like being outside just as much as he doesn’t like being held for pictures. I had to share some fun outtakes below of me struggling to take a picture with my kiddo. Let’s be honest it takes about a hundred shots to get a half decent picture sometimes. I’m sure momma’s of toddlers can relate. At this age there’s no slowing down, and sometimes just keeping up with your kiddo is a workout in itself.
1 minute lunge jumps
1 minute cross over side squats
1 minute frog squat jumps
1 minute car pushes
1 minute single leg deadlifts
