The Perfect Easy to Make Protein Shake

Hey guys, so here is my must have daily protein shake that is easy and a healthy nutritious way to get through the day. I keep it simple with these ingredients:

1. Ice and water

2. HEB Blendables

3. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey – personal preference of mine. I love how it taste and goes with everything.

4. Organic Greens – this is how I get all the nutrients of my veggies in without actually eating all my veggies.

Directions:

Fill blender with half a cup of ice and water
