Happy Wednesday! I am sharing some big news, and if you follow along on Instagram, then you probably have a hint. We are going to Paris Fashion week! Today my husband and I fly out to Paris with a little quick stop in London. I got invited as a Revolve Ambassador for Paris Fashion Week and will be attending their events! I worked with them this past New York Fashion week, so I was extremely thrilled when they wanted to work with me for Paris Fashion Week. First of all I’ve never been to Paris Fashion Week, so attending the fashion capital of the world is a dream come true. Yellow Seersucker Dress – #NationalBFFday Kendra Scott Event

Happy Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend! So today I wanted to share this beautiful dress I wore last year in New York City. For some reason it never made it on the blog, but I stumbled upon it and I had to share. Summer is right around the corner and this dress is the perfect vacation dress, plus it has the cutest bow back! I also wanted to share a fun event I am hosting with Kendra Scott and some of my favorite Houston bloggers. This event will help benefit Santa Fe school shooting victims, by donating 20% of the proceeds to the Santa Fe Memorial Fund. I am so excited to share my New York Fashion Week Travel Guide for Bloggers on a budget. I was very fortunate to be able to work with some amazing brands that for five days, including flight, outfits, photography, hotel, food, transportation, I was able to do everything for under $1000. As a mom and business owner I wanted to make sure it made sense for my business as well as stayed in my budget. NYFW DAY 5 – Flatiron

Today I am sharing the last day of my New York Fashion Week recap. I can’t believe it’s almost been a month since I was there. It still all seems so surreal to me, but I just finished my video recap (you can watch here) and it was in fact very much REAL, and one of the best experiences of my life. Today I’m going to share my last day at NYFW and the perfect fall outfit I took at the Flatiron and running around the city.

NYFW September 2017 Instagram Roundup

Hey everyone,

Sorry I have been MIA this past week on the blog, but I finally got back from New York Fashion Week. I completely underestimated how much time I would have on my trip to work on my blog. I was up at 6am doing photoshoots at 7am and wouldn’t get back from some events till midnight. Haha I don’t know what I was thinking in regards to time. But I definitely had the best first time experience ever, and I can’t wait to break it day by day everything that happened. NYFW September 2017 Schedule

Alright first of all, let me tell you how nervous I am right now and maybe even a little overwhelmed. Tomorrow we are headed out to New York Fashion Week, and we are going to hit the ground running. I can’t believe in one month I was able to get as much done as I have with everything that goes into NYFW. Let me tell you it is not the faint of heart. I definitely think I had an advantage with having worked with several brands and PR companies in NYC. To tell you the truth I didn’t think I would be invited to NYFW. I mean me, a small little Texas mom blogger? Who would have thought? I still can’t believe I am making one of my biggest dreams come true, and I am getting to work with some amazing brands to give you the full NYFW experience.
