Guide to Choosing Your First Hunter Boots

Hey guys,

With hurricane season down here in full effect in Houston, my rain boots are definitely a staple in my wardrobe. I love my new hunter boots I just purchased, but it took me awhile to find the right fit for my petite frame. One thing about being so short (5’2”) and petite is sometimes you have the option to buy adult or buy kids boots. I decided before settling on a pair, to order three different kinds of hunter boots to see which one fit me best. I ordered the original tall, the hunter boots, and the kids size. Check out my video and pictures in this post to see which one worked best for me!

  1. Hello! I am also 5’2 and wondering if the boots feel uncomfortable when you are sitting. I just received my pair (same ones you bought but size 6) and wondering if I should return them. They hit just below my knee. I tried sitting with them and feels strange/uncomfortable.

    1. They didn’t for me. But they do have the short ones too that you might like better!
