5 Steps to Making Fitness a Priority in Your Life

This past month after stepping down from managing full time at Buckle to working part time, I decided to make more of a focus on my fitness. For the longest time I was not happy with how my body was. Last year after loosing all my baby weight and getting back to where I was before the baby I put fitness on the back burner. For a whole year I did not go to the gym, rather did at home work outs when I could. I was constantly busy with juggling being a mom and growing my business with blogging, I didn’t have time to eat right or go to the gym. I started to loose my muscles and my curves. It wasn’t until I could no longer fit into adult sizes that I started to realize how small I had gotten. Shopping isn’t fun when you have to shop in the kid section. Finally I knew I had to make a change.

Platforms and Pleathers

Hey guys, hope everyone had a great weekend. Unfortunately the rain cancelled some of our outdoor plans this weekend, but it gave us an excuse to stay in with family and watch football all day. The Perfect Oversize sweater

Guys my heart has been heavy lately with all that is going on with on the news. As a blogger I feel God has given me my voice needs to be used to help those who cannot speak for themselves. Whether you agree or disagree with all the things that have been happening lately I hope we can all agree we need change. I pray that every one of us has the strength to stand up for what is right even when no one is looking, or listening. That we use the gifts God has given us to help those less fortunate. I pray as we come closer to elections that our country can come together and not be divided. I pray for peace. With all that being said I hope to inspire every one of you to be the difference the world needs today.

Last Wednesday was the kick off for New York Fashion Week in New York City. Flashback Friday: Mock Necks and Mini Skirts
